Hi, I’m Zartaashia

I’m a UX Researcher passionate about understanding the human side of technology. With a background in anthropology and a multicultural lens, I explore how people think, behave, and interact with products to help teams understand not just what users do, but why they do it.

With over a decade of research experience and five years in UX, I turn complex user needs and behaviours into clear insights that drive smarter design decisions and shape intuitive, trustworthy products people genuinely enjoy using.
